Since 2016, Jainabah has developed a bookbinding practice rooted in traditional craftsmanship, material beauty and the preservation of personal history.

Every JourneyMade book passes through human hands from folded sheet to finished binding. Built slowly, intentionally and with materials chosen to age beautifully, these are books designed not simply to be used, but kept.

The Artisan Journal is JourneyMade's signature hand-bound journal, created from folded sheets through finished binding in the JourneyMade bindery.
Each edition pairs thoughtfully selected materials with traditional bookbinding techniques to create a writing companion intended to be used generously, kept for years, and eventually become part of your personal history.
Because these books are made by hand in small editions, variations in cloth placement and finishing are part of each journal's individual character.
